I had the privilege of spending all of last June in Peru. We traveled all over and soaked up every bit we could. We tried every type of food we could, saw monkeys, birds, a tapir (!), art, ruins, the Inka trail and so much more. I discovered that I may love seeing monkeys and every type of bird in jungl; but the heat and bugs were not for me - I tried my best :)
